Deborah was absolutely fantastic—super helpful and full of patience. She guided us through all the options, making our buying experience smooth and enjoyable. We had just bought a new house and were eager to get the furniture before Christmas, but we still needed to ensure the colors were spot on. Deborah even sent us home with some samples to help us finalize our choices. Although she couldn’t promise a quick turnaround from order to installation, she communicated with the warehouse, and they managed to get everything delivered and set up just in time for Christmas and my daughter’s arrival. The delivery and installation team were also top-notch and efficient. They kept us updated throughout the entire process until everything was perfectly installed in our home. We were so impressed that we made the trip back to the store, quite a distance from our place, to order our light shades and table lamps. I can’t thank the team enough, especially Deborah. This was a fantastic experience that truly showcased what retail customer service should be. Having worked in retail for 40 years, I can say I’ve rarely seen a team deliver such exceptional service from start to finish!
